วันนี้มี่อ่านสารของคริสตจักรและชอบถ้อยคำหนุนใจของอ.สมเกียรติ กิตติพงศ์ มากๆ Pastor มี่เองค่ะ ^^.. ขออนุญาตินำมาแบ่งปัน ให้ได้รับพระพรกันถ้วนหน้าๆ นะคะ.. (ขออภัยเพื่อนๆ ชาวต่างชาติที่มิสามารถอ่านได้ ถ้าขยัน+เก่งภาษากว่านี้ จะแปลให้อ่านนะคะ)

ผมจะเล่าอะไรให้ฟังสักหน่อย ไม่นานมานี้ ขณะเข้าเฝ้า ผมได้บทกลอนบทหนึ่ง เป็นโคลงสี่สุภาพ ผมก็บันทึกไว้ในสมุดบันทึกอธิษฐานส่วนตัวของผมดังนี้

เบื้องหน้าสูงเสียดฟ้า   ภูเขา

เหนือหนองน้ำลำเนา  หุบห้วย

พระกำชับกับเรา       ปีนขึ้นไปเฮย

พระเยซูอยู่ด้วย       ช่วยให้ไปถึง

ผมสัมผัสว่า พระเจ้าทรงหนุนใจให้คริสตจักร ก้าวไปข้างหน้าด้วยนิมิตและความเชื่อ เป็นภูเขาสูง

บางครั้งผมก็รู้สึกว่า พระเจ้าช่างให้ผมฝัน ฝันเรื่องโน้นเรื่องนี้ ผมฝันเรื่องคนมารู้จักพระเจ้ามาก พันธกิจเพิ่มขึ้นมาก ทั่วประเทศไทย คนเข้ามาเรียนที่ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมผู้รับใช้ จำนวนมากเพื่อออกไปสู่ทุ่งนาแห่งการเก็บเกี่ยวยิ่งใหญ่ ผมมองเห็นว่าพระเจ้าจะให้พลังของอนุชนแข็งแกร่ง และคริสตจักรเป็นมิตรกับสังคมรอบๆ คริสตจักรอย่างกว้างขวาง ทำไมพระองค์ผมเห็นอย่างนี้ก็ไม่ทราบ  แต่ผมเห็นว่ามันต้องเกิดขึ้น ผมจำคำของโรเบิร์ท ชูเลอร์ ศิษยาภิบาลอาวุโสของคริสตจักรการ์เด็น โกลบคอมมิวนิตี้ ท่านพูด “ฝันไม่ต้องซื้อ”  ในยุคสุดท้าย โยเอล กล่าวว่า “คนหนุ่มจะเห็นนิมิต และคนแก่จะฝันเห็น”  เป็นอันว่านี่คือสิ่งที่พระเจ้าให้กับเรา

เวลาเราเขียนกราฟให้อนาคต มันเป็นภาพของภูเขาจริงๆ แต่ผู้เขียนฮีบรูก็กล่าวว่า สิ่งที่เราแลเห็นวันนี้ คือสิ่งที่เราแลไม่เห็นในอดีตที่ผ่านมา ก็ทำนองเดียวกัน สิ่งที่จะเกิดขึ้นเป็นจริงในอนาคต เป็นสิ่งที่ ณ วันนี้เราแลมันไม่เห็นด้วยตาฝ่ายเนื้อหนัง แต่แลเห็นด้วยตาฝ่ายวิญญาณ หรือความเชื่อนั่นเอง

พระเจ้าผู้บัญชาเราให้ทำพระราชกิจ คือพระเจ้าผู้สัญญาว่าจะอยู่กับเรา จะเสด็จไปทุกๆ ที่ที่เราก้าวไป น่าชื่นใจจริงๆ พระองค์ไม่ได้ปล่อยให้เราทำ โดยกำลังของตนเอง พระเยซูจะอยู่ด้วยกับเรา หนุนใจเรา ประทานสติปัญญาให้เรา พระวิญญาณจะเสริมเรี่ยวแรงกำลังให้เรา

เขียนบทกลอนนี้ด้วยใจอธิษฐาน หลายวันต่อมา ผมก็นำมาอ่านอีกที ผมเห็นอะไรบางอย่างที่ผมไม่ได้คิดตั้งแต่ครั้งแรก ผมก็มาอ่านใคร่ครวญอีกหลายรอบ แล้วก็เขียนบทกลอนที่สอง ในอีกหลายวันต่อมา คราวนี้ผมเขียนเป็นกาพย์ยานี 11 (แทรก นิสส .. Pastor มี่คร๊า ^^ เทศน์ก็ได้.. แต่งกลอนก็สุดยอด.. อิอิ)

กลอนนี้คือนิมิต   พระลิขิตสะกิดใจ

ตอนเขียนกลอนพาไป   มิตั้งใจมิได้ตรอง

เขียนแล้วจึงฉุกคิด   พระสถิตกะร้อยกรอง

ลงห้วยมิหมายปอง   ลิครรลองจะต้องเดิน

คือผมไม่ได้คิดว่าบทกลอนครั้งแรกนะมันมีเรื่องของการลงห้วย ก่อนขึ้นภูเขา

นี่แปลว่าอะไรกัน ?

แล้วผมก็ถึงบางอ้อ. ก่อนที่พระเจ้าจะนำเราไปสู่เป้าหมายปลายทาง พระองค์ทรงนำเราฝ่าอุปสรรค ถึงขั้นลงในห้วยลงหนองน้ำเสียก่อน (แทรกอีก..พึ่งลงห้วยมาหมาดๆ ตัวยังเปียกๆ เลยค่ะอาจารย์ ^^’)  เมื่อพระเยซูทรงสัญญากับพวกสาวก ว่าจะให้พวกเขาเป็นคนจับคนเหมือนดังจับปลา ครั้งแรกพวกเขาฝันหวานเชียว ยิ่งเห็นพระเยซูรักษาโรค เลี้ยงคนเป็นพันๆ คนด้วยขนมปังและปลาเพียงนิดเดียว ความฝันยิ่งพุ่งขึ้นถึงดวงดาว

แต่วันหนึ่งหลายคนถดถอยไป แย่ยิ่งกว่านั้น พระองค์เองถูกตรึงที่กางเขน สาวกหนีกระเจิงไปขังตนเองในห้องด้วยความหวาดกลัว นึกถึงวันนั้น พวกเขาคงเลิกคิดเรื่องนิมิตที่เคยใฝ่ฝันไปหมด ผมยังจำคำพูดของ อาจารย์ ลอเรน คันนิ่งแฮม ผู้ก่อตั้งคณะวายแวม  ท่านกล่าวว่า นิมิตของท่านต้องตายเสียก่อน  ที่พระเจ้าจะให้เป็นจริง เพื่อเราจะไม่ทะนงว่าเราเองเป็นผู้มีความสามารถ แต่เป็นพระหัตถ์ของพระเจ้าต่างหาก  ท่านกล่าวถึงเรื่องนี้เมื่อคราวที่ คณะวายแวมสมัยนั้น (1974) ซื้อเรือ Mouori เพื่อจะเดินสมุทรไปประกาศกับชาวเกาะ  แต่แล้วก็ไม่มีเงินไปจ่ายค่าเรือตามกำหนดเวลา  จนถูกเขาริบเงินมัดจำ ท่านเป็นคนอ่านเรื่องนี้ขาด  ท่านเร่งให้ทีมงานของท่านถือศีลอดและอธิษฐาน  ให้พระเจ้าชำระบาป  ภายหลังพระเจ้าก็ประทานเรือเดินสมุทรเพื่อการประกาศลำใหม่ให้  ใหญ่กว่าเดิมประมาณ 5 เท่าตัว  ท่านตั้งชื่อเรือลำใหม่เป็นภาษากรีก ว่า Anastesis แปลเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ว่า Resurrection และแปลเป็นไทยว่า “คืนชีพ” (เอเมน !)

พระเยซูฟื้นคืนพระชนม์หลังจากนิมิตของพวกสาวกตายไปในห้องชั้นบน  เมื่อตอนพระเยซูถูกตรึงที่ไม้กางเขน แต่พระเจ้าทรงประทานให้ใหม่ ให้คืนมา ลองคิดถึงเปาโล ท่านติดคุกกี่ครั้ง  ถูกเฆี่ยนกี่ครั้ง  ท่านต้องเผชิญการเข้าใจผิด ท่านขาดเงิน พบการขู่เข็ญ และการข่มเหง ขับไล่ออกจากเมืองนับครั้งไม่ถ้วน แต่นั้น คือวาระของการลงห้วย อย่าท้อกับ การขาดคนงาน อย่าท้อกับการขาดทุนทรัพย์ อย่าท้อกับปัญหา ความเฉยเมย หรือการข่มเหง เพราะถ้าเราไม่ท้อถอย แต่ก้าวไปข้างหน้า พระเจ้าจะทรงนำเราไปสู่ความสำเร็จอย่างแน่นอน

อย่าท้อถอย อย่าทิ้งนิมิต ตรงกันข้ามในยามลงห้วย ก็ให้เราก้าวต่อไป ตระหนักว่า พระเยซูทรงสถิตอยู่กับเรา ก้าวไปสู่เป้าหมายที่พระเจ้าวางไว้ สายตาของเราต้องอยู่ที่พระเจ้า เทิดพระเกียรติพระองค์เสมอ วันหนึ่งเราต้องไปถึงยอดภูเขาที่พระเจ้าวางไว้อย่างแน่นอน

Faith & Take Heart

(Matthew 9:18-25)

1. กล้าอธิษฐาน แย้งกับความจริงทางวิทยาศาสตร์ (18) Take Heart for prayer.. even not support with science or human reason.

Mat 9:18  While he was saying these things to them, there came a ruler and gave him worship, saying, My daughter is even now dead; but come and put your hand on her, and she will come back to life.

Mat 9:18  เมื่อพระองค์กำลังตรัสคำเหล่านี้แก่เขานั้น ดูเถิด มีขุนนางคนหนึ่งมานมัสการพระองค์แล้วทูลว่า "ลูกสาวของข้าพระองค์พึ่งตาย ขอพระองค์เสด็จไปวางพระหัตถ์ของพระองค์บนตัวเขา แล้วเขาจะฟื้นขึ้นอีก"

2. กล้าคิด แย้งกับธรรมเนียมที่เคยทำ (21) Take Heart for Think.. even not support with convention

Because, she said to herself, if I may but put my hand on his robe, I will be made well.

เพราะนางคิดในใจว่า "ถ้าเราได้แตะต้องฉลองพระองค์เท่านั้น เราก็จะหายโรค"

3. กล้ากระทำ แย้งกับธรรมเนียมที่เคยทำ (20) Take Heart for Act.. even not support with convention

And a woman, who for twelve years had had a flow of blood, came after him, and put her hand on the edge of his robe:

ดูเถิด มีผู้หญิงคนหนึ่งเป็นโรคตกเลือดได้สิบสองปีมาแล้วแอบมาข้างหลัง ถูกต้องชายฉลองพระองค์

4. กล้าพูด แย้งกับสิ่งที่เห็น (24) Take Heart for Speak .. even not support with What’s to see now.

He said, Make room; for the girl is not dead, but sleeping. And they were laughing at him.

พระองค์จึงตรัสกับเขาว่า "จงถอยออกไปเถิด ด้วยว่าเด็กหญิงคนนี้ยังไม่ตาย เป็นแต่นอนหลับอยู่" เขาก็พากันหัวเราะเยาะพระองค์

Mat 9:25  แต่เมื่อทรงขับฝูงคนออกไปแล้ว พระองค์ได้เสด็จเข้าไปจับมือเด็กหญิง และเด็กหญิงนั้นก็ลุกขึ้น

Developing Self-Control

Proverbs 25:28

(Proverbs 25:28) He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.

In our series, we've been looking at building our life on values that last; choosing a standard, accepting responsibility, developing trust, and this week developing self control. This is not exactly a quality that a lot of people want to talk about today. We're not really into discipline. We're into whatever feels good, do. Self control is an area that all of us have to deal with in one way or the other. It's not just for those who blow up. It's also for those who clam up. Most people are one of two in life. They're either a skunk or a turtle. When a skunk gets in trouble, he stinks the place up. He lets it rip and everybody knows when the skunk's upset! On the other hand, the turtle folds himself into his shell. He hides, he cowers down. They don't blow up; they clam up. Both of those are inappropriate forms of anger. In our society it's very obvious we don't know how to handle anger. Violence is on the increase. Crime is on the increase. Profanity is on the increase. Half of all murders actually occur between family members. People are getting angry about little things. It seems like, as the frustration level rises, so does the anger. As the anger increases, so does the violence.

As in every other area, God has given us His Word to instruct us in how to develop self control. Anger is not evil in itself. Anger is not a sin. God gets angry, so obviously it's not a sin. The Bible says that Jesus got angry. Anger is a God-given emotion, the problem is in how we express our anger. In the book of Proverbs, God gives us seven specific suggestions or steps, keys, secrets.

Controlling Anger

1. (Resolve) to control it.

 

"I can't help it, that's just the way I am."

We need to quit saying we can't control it and start realizing we can.
The Bible says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Instead of making excuses we need to start accepting responsibility for our reactions.

 

(Proverbs 29:11) A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.

 

Notice a wise man 'keepeth' that is an act of the will; it's something we choose to do.
Anger is a choice, just like every other emotion
Resolve simply means to decide in advance.

This is the first key: We decide in advance that we're going to control our anger with God's help.

 

 

 

2. (Realize) the cost.

 

The Bible is very specific about the cost of uncontrolled anger

 

(Proverbs 29:22) An angry man stirreth up strife, and a furious man aboundeth in transgression.
(Proverbs 15:18) A wrathful man stirreth up strife: but he that is slow to anger appeaseth strife.

 

We would all agree that hot tempers cause arguments.
Anger causes mistakes; people with hot tempers do foolish things. Ex. Hole in the wall

All of us have seen somebody really mad do something absolutely stupid and make a fool of themselves.

There are all kinds of costs involved.
On the job, a person who blows up will put their career in jeopardy.

 

(Proverbs 14:29) He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty of spirit exalteth folly.
(Proverbs 14:17) He that is soon angry dealeth foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated.

 

When we lose our temper, we always lose.
We may lose our reputation, our children, the love of our spouse, or our job.
When anger goes uncontrolled in our life we always lose.
There's a price tag, and it's not worth it.
The Bible says we can even lose your own family and finally have nothing worthwhile left.

(Proverbs 11:29) He that troubleth his own house shall inherit the wind: and the fool shall be servant to the wise of heart.

 

3. (Restrain) my mouth.

 

(Psalms 141:3) Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.
We've got to think before we speak because inevitably anger control is mouth control.

Have you noticed that you cannot put your foot in your mouth when it's closed?

(Proverbs 17:28) Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.

 

If we will learn to keep our mouth shut we'll stay out of trouble.

(Proverbs 21:23) Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.

 

God gives us a good formula to follow in the book of James.

(James 1:19) Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:

 

If will do the first two, the third one is inevitable.

But if we are slow to listen and quick to speak we're going to be quick to anger.
The Bible says it starts with restraining my mouth.

That's the ultimate form of emotional maturity -- the ability to control our mouth.

Some of the things we've been taught about anger just aren't true.

Some have said, "We have to blow of a little steam once in a while."
"Don't hold in the anger…let it out, you will feel better once you do that"
That is contrary to the Word of God!
God tells us to control our emotions… especially our anger!

 

4. (Reflect) before reacting.

 

(Proverbs 29:11) A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.

(Proverbs 19:11) The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and it is his glory to pass over a transgression.

Delay is a tremendous remedy for anger, not indefinitely.

Anger delayed indefinitely becomes bitterness and that's worse than anger.

But if we respond impulsively, we're going to tend to respond in anger.

When we wait a little bit and let it cool, we will be more rationale, more reasonable.
The longer you hold your temper, the better it gets.

Think before we speak:

 

T = is it (truthful) Before we say it, is it the truth? H = is it (helpful) Or is it just going to harm? I = is it (inspirational) Does it build up or does it tear down? N = is it (necessary) If it's not necessary, don't say it? Some things aren't necessarily wrong, they're just not necessary so we don't need to say it. K = is it (kind)

 

What do we do during that delay, while we're waiting?

We try to figure out why we're angry.

We try to understand it.

Anger is always the symptom of the real problem.

We get angry because something else is wrong: we are either hurt, frustrated, or afraid.

 

Examples: stubbing your toe… waiting in a long line… child runs into a street…

 

 

 

5. (Release) my anger appropriately.

 

(Ephesians 4:26) Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your

wrath:

That verse means there's a way to be angry and not sin.
It is not automatically a sin to get angry.
There are appropriate ways and there are inappropriate ways to get angry.
There are helpful ways and there are harmful ways.
There are right ways and wrong ways.
It's all in how we deal with it.

Three ways not to deal with anger:

 

1. Don't suppress your anger.

a. Don't store it up inside.
b. We have to deal with it.
c. If we don't, we will suffer.

2. Don't repress it.

a. Denial. "I am not angry. Everything is fine."
b. When we deny that we are angry it is being dishonest.
c. God doesn't want us to be dishonest.

3. Don't express it in inappropriate ways.

a. Pouting: acting like a baby that doesn't get its way.
b. Sarcasm: hurting people with our words.
c. Manipulation: Revenge and retaliation "Don't get mad, get even."
d. It may be in any number of other ways that are inappropriate; if we don't handle anger God's way it is always inappropriate!

4. We must confess it!

(Proverbs 22:24) Make no friendship with an angry man; and with a furious man thou shalt not go:
a. This verse is saying that anger is contagious.
b. When somebody else gets loud, we get loud too.

 

6. (Return) good for evil.

 

(Romans 12:17-21) Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of

fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

The heart of the problem is the problem with the heart.

 

(Matthew 12:34) O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

 

It's not my mouth that gets me in trouble, it's my heart!
Jesus is saying that whatever's inside of us is what comes out.
Like a tube of toothpaste…nothing comes out until we squeeze it.
When the pressure is on, and we get squeezed what comes out?
Whatever is inside!

7. (Request) God's help.

 

(Psalms 141:3) Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.

The final principle on developing self control is asking God to enable us.

In our own power we are incapable of controlling our mouths…our tongues.

 

(James 3:8) But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

 

He saved us and has given the power to become all that we need to be through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

 

(2 Corinthians 5:17) Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

 

Does God Care About Secret Sins Of Leaders? By This, I Mean Mine.

This morning, I committed a secret sin. I've always hated this about myself but I constantly see myself with failure resident in my flesh. Now, before some of you get up on your holy high-horse, I'm not going to tell you what the sin was, and most of you probably wouldn't even consider it a sin. But in my relationship with God, I know I sinned and there is no excuse for it. I cannot tell you the times that I have dealt with famous leaders who allowed secret sins to overcome their lives and eventually destroy them publicly. That is my basic concern, and my own personal struggle.

 

In the 80's, I was a ghost-writer for a book that told the story of Jimmy Swaggart, Jim Bakker and Marvin Gorman and I was honored to interview these three great men. What shocked me more than anything was that these guys did not fit the public's perception of who they were. All three of them were very Godly men with personal prayer lives and personal disciplines. But in each case, I saw where a tiny sliver grew into a log that grew so large that it destroyed the very thing they had spent their lives creating.

I do not have enough paper or time to write about all of the great people, be they saints, secular, political, social or even philanthropical who have found the work of their lives destroyed because of secret sins. Of course, there are those that profess that they have never sinned. But often those same people stand in the sinful pot of mediocrity just waiting for God to vomit them out of His mouth. Oops! Don't want to be there! And of course, this is one reason why fast-paced and hard-driving people believe that their accomplishments give them an excuse for sinful extra-curricular activity. This of course is not true... especially not for me!

There's an interesting story in the Bible that deals with this unusual dynamic. It concerns two very powerful men who have to interact with one another concerning their own secret sins. David is the anointed King of Israel who has a secret sin of lust, wanting to watch pornography from his rooftop, have sex with a woman, and then kill her husband. Ahithophel, the Bible says, was David's counselor and when he spoke, the words were as those spoken by the oracle of God. But then Ahithophel did have his own secret sin of unforgiveness. If one was to compare these two secret sins, (lust and unforgiveness,) most would say that lust is the worst. David was by far the bad guy. That, however, is not what the Scriptures show us. Ahithophel, because of his unforgiving spirit, counseled Absalom to rebel against his father David and as a result, ended up being totally humiliated before committing suicide. All of this because of unforgiveness! Think of how many leaders we know are harboring the sin of unforgiveness. Now, the people that we know who are harboring unforgiveness may not be leading a rebellion against another leader, but let's look back at the biblical story:
Ahithophel was the grandfather of Bathsheba (2 Samuel 23:34-38). When David's secret sin of peeking at Bathsheba turned into a relationship, which then led to the murder of Ahithophel's grandson-in-law, Uriah, Ahithophel changed. He placed himself on a high and arrogant judgement seat of his own design. Absalom's rebellion against his father played into his own revenge. Yes, what David did was wrong too. But David was constantly repenting and engrossed in a myriad of soul searching. Not even once do we find David placing himself on a judgment platform to where he expects vengeance. This is the character that had been developed in him by his long-term servanthood under the ruler-ship of the ungodly King Saul. Even Saul was tormented by the secret sin of unforgiveness.

Of course, I do not presume to know the secret situations behind leaders who fail. However, I do believe that the key to dealing with personal failure before the Lord is to be constantly in a state of humble repentance. Even the great Apostle Paul, said that he was troubled by a messenger of satan. Who knows? This could have been in reference to a seductress who tried to entice him. But Paul knew that the Lord's grace was sufficient.

The issue that I really feel that I'm dealing with in this blog is not obvious sin. It is that sin that you probably don't even look at as a sin. You might even look at it as what makes you right, holy, and better than most other people. We must look beyond the obvious sins and examine our own willingness to forgive, because unforgiveness is a sin that could pull an entire kingdom down.Oops! Did I just give my secret away? Forgive me, Lord and cover me, for I have sinned.

 

 

Mat 9:23  When Jesus came to the official's house and saw the flute players and the crowd making a commotion,
Mat 9:24  he said, "Go away! The girl hasn't died but is sleeping." They laughed and laughed at him.
Mat 9:25  But when the crowd had been driven outside, he went in and took the girl by the hand, and she got up.
Mat 9:26  The news of this spread throughout that land.
Mat 9:27  As Jesus was traveling on from there, two blind men followed him, shouting, "Have mercy on us, Son of David!"

 

Psa 46:10  Be still,and know that  am God I will be exalted  among the heathen,  I will be exalted in the earth.

Lord, we know that true rest can be found

God knows the future, so we are safe in His hands.

One of the best ways for a man to love his wife is to understand her.  Peter explains that it is imperative for a husband to "dwell with (his wife) with understanding" (1 Peter 3:7).

This principle works both ways.  Husbands want to be understood as well.  Actually, we all do.  Everyone, married or not, longs to be understood by others at the deepest possible level.  We're born with that need, and we never seem to outgrow it.

It's feeble avoidance to say we can't understand one another.  We can and we must.  It takes time--time spent in one another's presence asking questions, listening intently, then asking again.  It's as simple and as difficult as that.  No one, of course, can fully plumb the mystery of another person's heart, but we can learn something new every day.  The wise man of Proverbs called understanding "a wellspring of life" (16:22), a deep source of wisdom to all who seek it.

Again, I say, understanding takes time-- one of the most precious gifts we can give to others.  How we choose to spend our time is t he surest indicator of how much we care for those we love.

Dear friends,

As we travel to different nations and minister in different churches we find many women are still oppressed and bound by traditions and culture. We pray and teach the truth so that everyone is set free by the truth, especially the women.

Dear women [my sisters, mothers, grandmas, aunties] you are unique.

Psalm 33:15 (NKJV) ¹⁵ He fashions their hearts individually; He considers all their works.

A fundamental truth of Scripture is that God has created people in His image

Genesis 1:26-28 (NKJV) ²⁶ Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” ²⁷ So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. ²⁸ Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

—not only humanity in general, but every individual, including you, women.

Psalm 33:15 (NKJV) ¹⁵ He fashions their hearts individually; He considers all their works.

The same God whose mind and power fashioned the stars, the seas, the animals, and all other human beings has carefully, intentionally, and individually crafted you. You are not just a collection of molecules thrown together by random chance. The Lord of the universe has called you into being.

This truth has profound implications. Consider three of the most important:

(1) You are unique.

Even though you share many things in common with other people, you are essentially one of a kind. No one else has been given exactly the same makeup as God has given you. Your face, your fingerprints, your voice, and your genetic makeup are matched by no one else’s. Likewise, God has handcrafted you with your personality, your unique set of talents and enthusiasm, and your special “bent” in life. This leads to the fact that …

(2) You have a unique purpose.

Not only has God made you, He has designed you for His special purpose. He has crafted you to carry out a unique purpose and mission in life—what the New Testament calls your “good works.” (Eph. 2:10).

Ephesians 2:10 (NKJV) ¹⁰ For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

God intended that your life would be aimed toward these special ends before He created you. For that reason, ultimate meaning in life comes from discovering and carrying out this unique purpose.

Women’s Ministries: Serving in the Local Church

Judge, prophetess, handmaiden, missionary, queen, and businesswoman—these are a few of the ministries God has given women throughout biblical history. As “heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ” (Rom. 8:17)

Romans 8:17 (NKJV) ¹⁷ and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.

and members of “the body of Christ” (1 Cor. 12:27),

1 Corinthians 12:27 (NKJV) ²⁷ Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually.

every woman receives God’s gifts to be used for His glory. The possibilities are as limitless as the needs of the world.

Jesus speaks each woman’s name as He did that of Mary in the garden following His Resurrection (see John 20:11–18).

John 20:11-18 (NKJV) ¹¹ But Mary stood outside by the tomb weeping, and as she wept she stooped down and looked into the tomb. ¹² And she saw two angels in white sitting, one at the head and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain. ¹³ Then they said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping?” She said to them, “Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid Him.” ¹⁴ Now when she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, and did not know that it was Jesus. ¹⁵ Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?” She, supposing Him to be the gardener, said to Him, “Sir, if You have carried Him away, tell me where You have laid Him, and I will take Him away.” ¹⁶ Jesus said to her, “Mary!” She turned and said to Him, “Rabboni!” (which is to say, Teacher). ¹⁷ Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’ ” ¹⁸ Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that He had spoken these things to her.

When a woman’s response is as loving as Mary’s, Jesus answers as he did to Mary with a mission and message: “Go to My brethren and say to them, ’I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God’“ (John 20:17).

Jesus’ desire is that each woman yield herself to Him in utter dependence, recognizing that “without Me you can do nothing” (John 15:5), and relying on His Spirit to fulfil the special ministry He selects for her—a ministry appropriate to her talents and effective in her generation. God challenges each of us as He did Queen Esther, “Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” (Esth. 4:14).

Each woman is hand-picked by God, situated in Christ’s body just as He desires, and is indispensable in reaching her particular sphere of influence for Christ. If a woman feels inadequate for the ministry task the Lord reveals to her, she need only remember Jesus’ words, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness” (2 Cor. 12:9).

That’s why …

(3) You have a responsibility to your Creator.

God created you both to live with Him and to live for Him. Ultimately, you belong to Him (Rom. 14:7–8).

Romans 14:7-8 (NKJV) ⁷ For none of us lives to himself, and no one dies to himself. ⁸ For if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.

Therefore, your life needs to center on Him. The great tragedy of many people is that they turn their backs on their Creator and live unto themselves. But everyone will give an account to the Lord for how they have lived their lives. He will ask whether or not they have used what He has given them to honor Him and fulfill His purposes.

May you women, rise up to your full Potential in HIM and fulfil HIS Purpose and finish your race in HIM.

In his book Musicophilia : Tales of Music and the Brain, Oliver Sacks devotes a Chapter to the therapeutic role of music with people suffering from Alzheimer's. He writes of watching people with advanced dementia respond to songs that bring back memories that had seemed lost to them: "Faces assume expression as the old music is recognized and its emotional power felt. One or two people, perhaps, start to sing along, others join them and soon the entire group many of them virtually speechless before is singing together, as much as they are able."

I have seen this occur at Sunday morning services in the Alzheimer's care facility where my wife's mother lives. Perhaps you've experienced it with a loved one whose mind is clouded, and a song calls forth an awareness from deep within.

Paul encouraged the Christians in Ephesus to "be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord" (Eph. 5:18-19). Songs that glorify God can reach the deepest level where the meaning never fades. More than word, harmony, or conscious thought, such music is good for the heart and soul..........David McCasland

As most of us ladies know, our wedding ring is something that is very special. When Richard and I were married 35 years ago we could only purchase a ring that cost about $150 dollars at a local shop. Over the years some of the small diamonds fell out and God was so good that he blessed me with a gift of a beautiful diamond to replace it. This was important to me because I represent Jesus and I wanted to at least have a ring that was presentable. The gift came from large land owner in Wyoming who drove to San Francisco one day and said, "The Lord told my wife (I had never met her) to sow her wedding ring to you, Sandy." I was so thrilled because it really showed me how much God favored and loved me. Then something unexpected happened. Richard and I were ministering in the mountains of Taiwan among the aboriginal people of that country. Richard received a word from the Lord that the pastor of this church did not even have a house to live in, even though he had pastored there for over 20 years. So, Richard called for a sacrificial offering which to me means to give to the Lord something that is precious to you. I prayed at my seat about what I could give to these precious people. I didn't have anything that would make a dent in what they financially needed, the only thing that I could see that I had of value was my beautiful diamond wedding ring. Without a second thought I went to Richard and told him what I had felt the Lord was saying. Richard said that the Lord had told him to give his watch. So together we sowed that which was precious to us.

When I got back home I pulled out my original diamond ring with the missing stones. That was a little bit embarrassing for me but oh well and praise the Lord! I wore this ring a lot longer than I had wanted to (a few years)! I always knew that God was going to bless me with a ring but had no clue as to when. My daughter offered me her teenager ring to where instead, at least it looked presentable. Several years had passed since I had sown that precious wedding ring and forgot all about it. At this time David Andrade and the California Listening Team came to our church for a 12 hour prayer meeting. In the midst of this prayer meeting a lady by the name of Glory who had just been introduced to me, went up to prophesy. The things that she shared over our family was so encouraging and strengthening that I felt it lift all of the stress. Glory, had to leave the meeting early but then suddenly her traveling companion came down to the seat where I was sitting and said, "Glory told me to give you this ring, that it is from Jesus and he is your husband. As I looked at the ring and slipped it on my finger I was stunned by its fawcets of diamond and exquisite design. It was far beyond what I could have imagined that could sit on my wedding finger. The presence of God came upon me because I knew Jesus had never forgotten me and he was encircling my life with jewels, like a wedding ring. For the next three hours I could not move, I wept like a child in the joy of being loved by a Father who never forgets anything. It is hard for me to put into words how my desire for the presence of God and my hunger for the Lord increase that night to a level that I did not know was possible to contain. No wonder David said, "As a deer panteth for the water so my soul panteth after you."

Dear friends, if God is for us
who can be against us? If God is with us we do not have to be afraid of
anything or anyone. BUT if God is against us then there is nothing more

When can God be against us?
 
Jonah 1:4 (NKJV) 4But the Lord sent out a great wind on the sea,
and there was a mighty tempest on the sea, so that the ship was about to be
broken up.
 
God came against [He sent a
great wind against Jonah] Jonah who was very narrow minded, and refused to go
where God wanted him to go [disobedience]. God came against His own prophet who
disobeyed HIM. God can come against us when we live in disobedience. [He is a
Loving Father and a Holy Father]
 
Who sent the Assyrians and the
Babylonians against the Old Testament church? Or Let me say it a different way.
Who allowed the Assyrians and Babylonians to come against Israel? It was God.
God opposed the proud Old Testament church [Israel].
 
Why? They were idolatrous,
immoral, wicked, exploited, murderous, and narrow-minded.
 
If we follow the example of the
Old Testament church then we will experience the opposing hand of God. [Do not
forget that HE is a loving Father who disciplines] 
 
Genesis 11:7-8 (NKJV) 7Come, let Us go down
and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another’s
speech.” 8 So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they
ceased building the city.
 
Who scattered and came against
a people who were united and working together? God.
 
That is right; God is the one
who came against a people who were united and working together. Why?
 
They were working against God.
They were very proud and wanted to make a name for themselves. They were
building a monument. That is why God opposed them.
 
James 4:6 (NKJV) 6But He gives more grace.
Therefore He says: “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.”

And
today history is repeating itself. Today’s church [generally speaking] has not
learned its lesson. Many still want to make a name for themselves. They promote
themselves and their church. The true church of Jesus Christ will be working
together with the Father just like the Son of God did. Those who want to make a
name for themselves will exploit and use people. They will be concern about
their programs and projects. They want the people to support their programs and
projects. They will control and manipulate people using the scriptures to turn
the hearts of the people towards themselves. But those who work together with
the Father has the Love [Agape (uncondional love which comes from God)] of the
Father and do everything because Agape Love moves them. They love people and
care for people [first those who are part of the “Body of Christ” and then to
those who are not yet part of the “Body of Christ”].
 
Let us
humble ourselves and work together with God [The Father, Son and Holy Spirit
work together] and His People.
 
His
People might not be from the same local church, institution, organisation,
denomination. They might not even see things the way you see. They might be in
different levels of faith. They might be rich or poor. They might smell good or
bad. They might be men or women. As long as they follow footsteps of Jesus The
Christ [Yeshua Hamashiah / Isa Almasi ] they are God’s people.
 
The
Anti-Christ spirit.
When
we do not work with God we are against God. When we are against God we are anti
Christ.
 
May
The Holy Spirit who has been sent from the Father continue to work inside of us
and change us to be like the Son of God.

การนมัสการพระเจ้าในสมัยพระคำภีร์เดิมเราจะพบว่าพระเจ้าสั่งพวกอิสราเอลให้ถวายเครื่องบูชาเป็นสัตว์ที่ไม่มีตำหนิและบริสุทธิ์มีข้อกำหนดชัดเจนในเลนีวิติ ในพระคำภีร์ใหม่พระเจ้าได้ให้เราใช้ตัวเราเองเป็นเครื่องบูชาที่มีชีวิตถวายแด่พระเจ้า เรานมัสการพระเจ้าด้วยวิญญาณและความจริง เนื้อหนังไม่สามารถนมัสการพระเจ้าได้ แต่เนื้อหนังสรรเสริญพระเจ้าได้ซึ่งเป็นการแสดงออกทางเนื้อหนังที่เหมือนเข้าไปที่ห้องชั้นนอกแต่ยังไม่พบพระเจ้านมัสการพระเจ้าด้วยวิญญาณจิตของเรา ดังนั้นหลายที่จึงเน้นที่เพลงและดนตรี มันเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่เราต้องผ่านก่อนที่จะเข้าไปในสถานที่ห้องชั้นในสุดในการสรรเสริญ แต่เงื่อนไขที่ไม่เปลี่ยนคือเครื่องบูชานั้นต้องบริสุทธิปราศจากที่ตำหนิ และความจริงคืออะไร ความจริงคือพระคำของพระเจ้าที่อยู่ในชีวิตเรากับสิ่งที่ปรากฏภายนอกต้องเป็นความจริงหลายครั้งเรามีความจริงของพระเจ้าเป็นความรู้แต่มันไม่เป็นความจริงในชีวิตของเรา สิ่งที่เราแสดงออกกับสิ่งที่อยู่ข้างในเราไม่ตรงกัน พูดให้ชัดคือเราเหมือนคนที่ไม่สัตย์ซื่อ สิ่งที่คนอื่นเห็นเรากับสิ่งข้างในเราไม่ใช่ความจริง หลายคนมองแต่เพียงว่าเรารู้ความจริงเราก็นมัสการพระเจ้าในความจริง แต่เมื่อเราพิจารณาลึกเราจะพบว่าเราความจริงไม่อยู่ในเรา แม้คนภายนอกจะดูว่าเราดี  และบาปที่เราพบและเราไม่รู้สึกว่ามันคือบาปคือความหยิ่ง เราคิดว่าเราชอบธรรมกว่าคนอื่น  มันทำได้ให้เราไม่สามารถพบพระเจ้าได้ในสถานที่นมัสการแล้วเรายังคงเข้าใจว่าเรานมัสการพระเจ้า คนที่จะนมัสการหรือพบพระเจ้าได้อยู่ในสดุดี 24 .คือใจบริสุทธิ์ และมือสะอาด ผมได้แบ่งปันให้หลายคนเรื่องใจบริสุทธิ์ว่าสำคัญมากต่อคนที่นัมสการ เพราะหากไม่มีใจที่บริสุทธิ์ เราพบพระเจ้าไม่ได้ ใจที่หยิ่ง ใจที่เกลียดชังคนอื่นไม่ให้อภัยอิจฉา และบาปที่ซ่อนเร้นในที่ลึกที่คนมองไม่เห็นที่เราคิดไม่ถึงเพราะว่าพระคำไม่อยู่ในตัวเราจริงๆ หลายปีที่ผ่านมาพระเจ้าได้ให้ผมเห็นตัวเองมากและแม้ปัจจุบันยังต้องการพระเจ้าที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงผมมากขึ้นไปอีกและระวังที่จะรักษาใจมากในเวลาที่แบ่งปันผมก้เรียนไปด้วย ไม่ให้ติดสิ่งที่เป็นบาปและบาปที่เราไม่ค่อยสังเกตุมันก็อาจเข้ามาในตัวเราเช่นหน้าตาของเรา พวกเรา คริสจักรเรา ความดีของเรา ความถุกต้องของเรา ทุกอย่างถูกพัฒนาไปที่นำความเห็นแก่ตนเองทั้งสิ้น เราพบพระเจ้าไม่ซับซ้อนแต่เหมือนเด็กเล็กไม่มีวาระซ้อนเร็นที่จริงแล้ว
